CHILLED WATER INSULATION SYSTEM

An especially developed chilled water insulation system that has been designed to eliminate as many installation skills as possible in order that speedy installation and maximum recovery may be facilitated.

All necessary minimum specification requirements have been built into the product in oprder to provided a usefull and effective insulation medium for use in all underground conditions.

THE SYSTEM

DESCRIPTION: "VALFLEX" is a single unit construction chilled water pipe insulation and is made up of one layer of elastometric foam and one layer of a suitable metal sheet or other approved mechanical barrier. The whole laminated to form a single component complete with an integrated strapping system suitably designed to conform with standard specifications and linkable to all fittings ie. Flange Covers etc.
